This Elijah Craig Single Barrel is an Ambassador Wines & Spirits exclusive. We tasted a large number of barrels and chose this one from their Bardstown rickhouse Z on the fourth floor.  Aged for nine years, this bourbon showcases an abundant aroma of bright apricot, dates & sweet corn, with a balanced palate of figs, a hint of cinnamon, cardamom and a round, long finish.
