I really enjoy having sake at home. Whether it’s my girlfriend and I at home or going to a friend’s place and sitting down with a few couples, I love bringing out a great bottle of sake to pair with the meal. Boken Ringo surprises and delights everyone who tries it. I can say it is the best Sake I’ve ever paired with a seafood paella studded with lobster, clams, chorizo and chicken. Ringo was bright, refreshing and humming with umami sip after sip, bite after bite. I can see this being a great stocking stuffer later in the year. In the meantime, I urge anyone who is a lover of seafood to try this amazing sake and share their experience.
