FROM THE BURADAN WEBSITE: "We started with the dream to produce our own wine from the Grenache grapes of our vineyards located in Çeşme - Ovacık (Turkey). The dream has come true recently. The special care given while growing the grapes in the vineyards, the individuality in the packaging design and the sensual style of our rosé, succeeded by the women producing the wine. That’s why we have decided to name our wines by their names. So, we named the Rosé - Şirin.
It's connotations in Turkish are: fun, joy, energy and youth. We hope that you will feel the distinct aromas and tastes of the Aegean fruits, the fresh breeze of Ovacık vineyards and the cool air of Çeşme seaside while tasting Şirin. We are proud of creating this local taste and have bottled it with genuine love to brighten up your days."
