This Elijah Craig Single Barrel is an Ambassador exclusive.  We tasted a large number of barrels and chose this one from their rickhouse H1 on the fifth floor.  Aged for eight years it has a lovely nose of vanilla and sweet corn balanced by a hint of spice and long finish.
