A limited-edition pinot noir cask Highland single malt. Notes of orchard fruits, mainly apple and pear, on the nose, with whiffs of vanilla and green grapes. The palate has a pleasant dryness, acidity, and heavy tannin capped off with a mellow maltiness.

Limited to 5,604 bottles, this limited-edition Highland single malt is Deanston's first crack at a pinot noir cask whiskey. On the nose, a bouquet of apples, pears and apricots bursts through giving way to vanilla followed by green grapes. This rare release boasts a palate of pleasant dryness, lingering acidity with a wallop of tannin. The finish has a hint of malted milkiness that makes it all the more unique and complex.
