Quinta Dos Roques Encruzado, 2018

Quinta Dos Roques Encruzado, 2018, is made 100% from the indigenous Portuguese grape Encruzado.  It is fermented 50% in French oak and 50% stainless steel.  This yields a wine that is light straw in color; with an elegant bouquet of fruits and a slight touch of resin. On the palate the first impression is of freshness but immediately we recognize the great structure and
complexity of the wine. The finish is very long and persistent.
