Taste: Aroma of white flowers that fold over the palate like the sweetness of honey and citrus. The gentle sweetness is experienced on the tip of the palate that comes with a light acidic note and a slight bitterness of lemons.

Story: During the winter, the brewery's rice fields are visited by a rare species of cranes that use these fields as their nesting grounds. In an effort to support their numbers, the brewery donates a portion of the sales from this sake to the conservation efforts.

He's the man responsible for the cold sake movement, not only in Japan, but in the US as well by providing refrigerated containers to export sake. Thanks to his hard work we can enjoy wonderful aromatic sake like "kaori" around the world. His dream is to continue the family tradition of brewing sake and continuing what his great grandfather started.
