Taste: Perfume like aroma of Asian quince and mango. On the palate, you'll find tree fruits like green apple. This sake is fruity and refreshing with a well-balanced and long finish.

Story: This is a resurrected brand of the brewery that has been brought back after 140 years. The new, reinvented logo features a "crane", representing the rising sun, and the five diamond designs contain five elements of sake within them: sea, mountain, light, rain, and rice. It was their top selling sake when they reintroduced it as a "limited release" back in January of 2019.

He's the man responisble for the cold sake movement, not only in Japan, but in the US as well by providing refridgerated containers to export sake. Thanks to his hard work we can enjoy wonderful aromatic sake like "kaori" around the world. His dream is to continue the family tradition of brewing sake and continuing what his great grandfather started.
