Taste: Subtle aromas with a nuance of marshmallow, pineapple, and coconut, followed by a touch of exotic spices. Very smooth and round on the palate with a lingering long finish.

Story: Shichida sake is known for having a lot of Umami and a clean finish. He believes in using a combination of local rice and yeasts to extract the unique Shichida style flavors and aromas. This Junmai Daiginjo has been aged for a minimum of two years to round out the flavor and has a much bigger body than other Junmai Daiginjo grades of sake.
