Fidora Tenuta Civranetta Amphora Orange Wine, 2020 is a skin contact (orange) wine fermented naturally in amphora. it is made 100% from Pinot Grigio. The long process of maceration of the wine in contact with the skins creates a hint of oxidation combined with tannins similar to red wines while maintaining the freshness and flavor of a white. This wine is also vegan.
