Scarpa Vermouth Di Torino Rosso
$40.99
The Scarpa red vermouth has distinct notes of angostura, rhubarb, and predominately, bitter orange. Cardamom, sweet raisins, and angostura bark come through on the palate, with hints of spice and a balance of sweet, bitter, and savory notes. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive with a slight chill at about 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or, with ice. It works wonderfully in cocktails such as a negroni or a Manhattan.

On the palate, cardamom, sweet raisins, and angostura bark come through, with hints of spice and a balance of sweet, bitter, and savory notes. The Scarpa red vermouth is best enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive with a slight chill at about 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or, with ice. Works wonderfully in cocktails such as a negroni or a Manhattan.
