This refreshing white vermouth from Italy would make a wonderful edition to your bar for mixing with cocktails, or to be enjoyed on its own. Notes of chamomile, gentian root, and sweet orange are prominent on the nose. On the palate it is so elegant and light, a bouquet of flowers seems to dance on the tongue. Best served with a slight chill at about 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or over ice.

The Scarpa Vermouth di Torino Biano is a complex yet elegant white vermouth for both sipping and mixing with cocktails. Coming from the northwest region of Italy, this vermouth is made up of 30% Moscato D'asti aged for two months following traditional Piedmontese methods. Infused with an extract of over 150 herbs coming from Pancalieri, a town near Torino, notes of Chamomile, gentian root, and sweet oranges with just a whiff of Cardamon come to the forefront in an elegant and delicate balance. A lingering floral sensation comes through on the palate with a lovely sweetness that lasts and lasts.
It is highly recommended that this Vermouth be served neat with a slight chill at about 10-20 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, it would be refreshing over ice on a hot day.
