Rhine Hall "Pear Brandy" is a single varietal pear eau de vi that showcases the rich flavors of the bartlett pear. All of the fruit is hand sorted and mashed in the distillery. Fermentation takes three weeks in 100% stainless steel tanks before it is distilled. We use a Column Still imported from Germany to create the distillate, which then rests in stainless steel for a minimum of 9 weeks before being filtered and bottled.
